Nice and excellent hotel, it deserves its 4 stars. The atmosphere of the property is quiet. The hotel has a great location, in the middle of jackson. Overall GOOD food, plus there is Filomena Gastrobar close by.

The staff is nice. The hotel is very pretty. The rooms are very good. The free breakfasts are great. Special kudos to Marvin, the security personnel at the front gate. He is particularly good at his job, very friendly, informative and truly concerned about your safety.

We had a great time at this place! The location is perfect, close to everything in downtown. The room service was top-notch, and they even offer car hire and dry cleaning services. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service that made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room amenities, including air conditioning and a sitting area, made our stay even more comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The garden and terrace provided a lovely outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The spa and wellness center, along with the outdoor swimming pool, were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. We highly recommend this venue for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The noise level from the birthday party was extremely high and disruptive. The TV in the pool area was too loud when nobody was watching it.
